A stereotype is a generalized belief about a particular category of people/gender, especially about women. I want you all to just think for a minute and say some of the women-centric industries in this world, not able to find a lot of it, right?

This is because of the stereotypes that are assumed by people that women should be bounded to, like women should not work after marriage, women should not do modeling as it is very revealing, women should not be a chef because it is a male-centric industry and they will be vulnerable, women with vitiligo cannot be in the fashion industry, Plus Size women cannot be a model, Women can only spend money, they cannot be a businesswoman, Women cannot run a country because they are too emotional and vulnerable and Yes, because they are weak and so many more typical stereotypes that had tied up the hands of women, but not anymore.

Today is the modern ERA of WOMEN, as time passed women have gathered the courage to break all those stereotypes and be something that they want to be, not what others want them to be. Yes, there are difficulties to survive in a male dominating world but nothing is impossible. Some women have not only broken all the stereotypes but also set an inspiration that women don’t need anyone to support them they can stand up for themselves and be successful.

Here are some WONDERFUL, EMPOWERING AND FEARLESS INSPIRATIONS who have broken all the stereotypes and set an example for all the women around the globe.

She grew up in the western periphery of Toronto, she had faced a lot of bullying during her school days, people called her by many inappropriate and nasty names but this didn’t affect her self-esteem, she had a chance encounter with a journalist Shannon Boodram from Toronto that led to a YouTube video about her and her vitiligo, the video crossed 150000 hits and then she was encouraged by Shannon Boodram to try modeling and then the rest is history. She is today one of the best models around the globe, she has redefined BEAUTY and the typical beauty stereotypes have bowed down to her.

I have my flaws, but I embrace them and I love them because they’re mine.

India is a country where education is given the utmost priority and the professions like doctors, engineers , teachers, government officials and lawyers are only considered to be a secure and respectable profession and the era she came to the modeling industry was not a good one, at that time people didn’t respected models nor did the film industry was looked with a positivity, eventually with time people started to respect them but this industry is considered to be more male centric .

When Priyanka entered in this industry she had faced a lot of criticism for her accent,acting,and even her clothes, but she had her dream clear that was to build an empire, a legacy of Priyanka Chopra, she wanted to be something that will re-define the Hindi film Industry, moving from a country where you are a famous star to a country where no one knows you is very difficult, but she made it look so simple.

Priyanka is today one of the most successful Indian woman, who has her own restaurant in NYU, her own tech startup, her own hair care products, she is completing her dreams. Today she has inspired many Indian actress to demand an equal pay, and equal screenplay in the Hindi Film Industry. She was the second female state leader to have a baby in office, She eliminated COVID-19 in her country, she pledged to provide period products to all the girls. She became the first NZ PM to march in an LGBTQ+ Pride event, She became the first world leader to bring baby to the UN general assembly and broke the glass ceiling that stopped women from being fearless. 

I want to be a good leader, not a good lady leader. I don’t want to be known simply as the woman who gave birth.

She is an Indian Fashion Designer who is brought up by a single mother, during her school days she faced a lot of racism because of the color of her skin since her parents very famous she was always in the limelight and faced a lot of criticism on her personal life but this didn’t stop her.

This gave her more power to be a strong successful woman who also helps other women to break free. She recently took a huge step and launched a plus-size model, SOBIA from House of Masaba, she believes that stereotypes cannot bound any women to wear only a kurta or a full sleeve length cloth, they can wear whatever they want, be whatever they want. Today she is one of the leading designers in India.

She is an acid attack survivor, she was very young when she was attacked, But the only thing that kept her going was that “I Won’t Let My Life Be Destroyed Only Because Someone Wanted To Marry Me And I Said No, My Face Defines My Courage And I Am Fortunate To Be In A Position To Raise My Voice.

She has been awarded by the former first lady Michelle Obama and UNICEF, she has her own foundation that helps acid attack victims. She has re-defined the definition of courage and beauty. Her story was so inspirational that, Deepika Padukon one of the leading actors in the world has played her in a movie based on her inspirational story.
